Following the success of Rory and Jack, who won the first round of the Woodspring Debating Competition two weeks ago, we had further success last night (3rd November) at Nailsea School with David and Billy, also from Clevedon's Sixth Form, who successfully made it through to the final, which will be held Churchill School in January.
The boys spoke eloquently and convincingly on The
motion: This house believes that social media is making society meaner.Next up are Millie and Hannah, who will be representing Clevedon at Gordano in two weeks.
